This lightly oxidised oolong comes from the rural district of Moc Chau in Son La Province, Northwest Vietnam; a region filled with beautiful landscapes and many tea gardens.

Flavour: caramelised sugar, sweet cream, vanilla ~ light-bodied
After plucking, these leaves are sun-dried, tossed to oxidise and fired, before going through drying and rolling cycles to release the aromatic compounds in the leaves. Red Buffalo infuses into a silky-smooth, light-bodied tea.
