"The event was really well structured, with lots of tasty and interesting teas covering the full range of white, green, yellow, oolong, black, and dark tea. All of the teas were lovely, and Anna had chosen some really interesting teas to compare and contrast against each other. Anna is an excellent host, with an impressive knowledge and an infectious enthusiasm. We learned heaps about the best ways to prepare tea, the effect that different processing has on the flavour of teas, and even the differences between loose leaf teas and supermarket teabags. It was great to be able to ask questions of an expert in a fun and informal setting."
