    Blend of first flush, 2024 harvest leaves from tea farms in Kirishima, Kagoshima prefecture, southern Japan.

  • Sun shaded

    Cool climate fog and cloth shades block sunlight from the tea plant. This intensifies the chlorophyll content, the tea’s ‘umami’ flavour, and the helpful amino acid L-theanine.

  • Umami flavour

    Thick, creamy mouthfeel; notes of fresh-cut grass, raw green vegetables, green melon and a hint of seaweed.

    Certified organic by Kagoshima Organic Agriculture Association (KOAA).

While 'Genmaicha' translates to 'brown rice tea', it is often affectionately called ‘Popcorn tea’. This is a Spring 2024 harvest tea from the Yamaguchi family tea farm in Kagoshima, southern Japan.

Flavour: caramelised sugar, dark chocolate, malt ~ lush & decadent
Red Plum is grown and crafted in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province in China. It is a unique tea as it is crafted from the Long Jing cultivar of the tea plant Camellia Sinensis, usually reserved for green tea.
