    Blend of first flush, 2024 harvest leaves from tea farms in Kirishima, Kagoshima prefecture, southern Japan.

  • Sun shaded

    Cool climate fog and cloth shades block sunlight from the tea plant. This intensifies the chlorophyll content, the tea’s ‘umami’ flavour, and the helpful amino acid L-theanine.

  • Umami flavour

    Thick, creamy mouthfeel; notes of fresh-cut grass, raw green vegetables, green melon and a hint of seaweed.

The leaves infuse into a gorgeous, rust-coloured liquor that releases a deep, wood and fruit aroma. When you sip, notes of malt, rose, oak and fresh, raw walnuts cascade over each other.
