Jasmine, fresh cut hay - smooth and balanced
This Imperial Grade Jasmine Pearls green tea is made with 2023 ‘first flush’ leaves (the very first leaves to appear in spring after the winter dormancy) and fresh Jasmine petals. A unique steaming process is used to naturally draw out the petal’s fragrance into the tea leaves. The petals are then discarded and the tea leaves expertly hand-rolled into small pearls, sealing in the floral aroma. The result is an aromatic, fresh and fragrant tea. 

This tea works well hot or cold-brewed. To create a sparkling cold brew, add 4 grams of dry leaves into a 330ml bottle of sparkling water, place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours, strain then serve.

Preparation: Steep for 2 - 3 minutes at 85°. Two to three infusions. 

Sizes: Jasmine Pearls comes in four sizes: a 3-gram single serve, then 20g, 50g and 100g pouches. Our leaves can all be steeped at least twice (often more), so while the 3g pouch is a single serve (150 mls - a standard tea cup size), it will give you two cups if you steep the leaves twice.
