After plucking, its leaves are sun-dried, tossed to oxidise and fired, before going through drying and rolling cycles to release the aromatic compounds in the leaves. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt infuses into a silky-smooth, light-bodied tea with a golden amber liquor and subtle notes of carameslied sugar, sweet cream and vanilla.
