Honey Nectar Black

Flavour: sweet, ultra-light and smooth 
Honey Nectar is ultra-smooth and light in body with delicious, soft notes of maple syrup, caramelised sugar and nut and no astringency. It is a friendly, easy-to-drink tea, perfect for the afternoon enjoyed either hot or cooled.

While it is classified as a black tea due to its processing, it sits across the black/dark oolong categories due to its oxidation level (lower than most black teas) and ball-rolled appearance and it has flavour characteristics of each.

Spring 2021 harvest from Mingjian, Taiwan.

Certified Organic by MOA International and HKOCC (Hong Kong Organic Certification Centre).

Preparation: Steep for 3 minutes at 95°. Three infusions.
