Milk Oolong was created in the 1980s and has grown to become one of the most popular styles of lightly-oxidised oolong. Start your tasting by smelling the dry leaves and you’ll find a crème brulee-like aroma that carries through into the steeped tea, along with mineral and orchid notes.

Preparation: Steep for 2 minutes at 85°. Four infusions. 

Food pairing: Light seafood dishes such as scallops, lobster and prawns.
