Roasted chestnut, seaweed, greens, butter
A quintessential green tea from the Tan Cuong community in central Vietnam, this delicately rolled tea is named after its ‘fish hook’ shape. 

These leaves infuse into a bright lemon-lime coloured infusion. Medium bodied with notes of seaweed, roasted chestnut, artichoke, butter, a mineral tail and a hint of pleasant astringency.

June 2020 harvest.

Preparation: Steep for 2 - 3 minutes at 85°. Two - three infusions.
